She started off in consulting services before naturally transitioning into recruitment, where she found her niche in Technology Project Services. Since then, Jenny has partnered with leading organisations to deliver top-tier talent for major transformation initiatives.

As a Researcher, Jenny brings a relationship-driven approach to recruitment, built on her early career in luxury retail. There, she developed a strong foundation in delivering thoughtful, tailored service – an experience that shaped her ability to connect with people, understand individual needs, and offer practical, personalised support. These qualities now sit at the heart of her recruitment style.

She specialises in placing Project and Program Managers across a broad range of technology domains, including cybersecurity, data, CRM, digital, and ERP. Known for her warm yet professional manner, Jenny builds lasting relationships with candidates, ensuring they feel informed, supported, and valued throughout every stage of the process. She takes pride in guiding professionals through their recruitment journey – whether that means refining a CV, preparing for interviews, or simply being available to answer questions and offer reassurance. Outside of work, Jenny finds joy in discovering new restaurants, Skiing, Pilates, and travelling to new places. She also plays what is technically called golf – though depending on the day, it might look more like grass hockey with expensive equipment.
